
Polyurethane endless belts are poured from polyurethane material (CPU) between the mandrel and the cylindrical outer mold, which requires helically wound high-strength steel wire/aramid/polyester fiber around the inner mandrel before installing the mold jacket.
Because it is a special belt mold, the tooth pitch of the synchronous belt is very accurate, and the synchronous belt made of CPU material has excellent mechanical properties.
Because of the special belt and special mold, the manufacturer is required to engrave a large number of molds, due to the need to grasp the shrinkage of the material and the very high requirements for the mold hob. Moreover, the equipment using this belt has very high requirements on the synchronous belt, so it has strict requirements on the performance of raw materials, and also has very high technical requirements on the manufacturer. Therefore, many domestic manufacturers are discouraged from this or the manufacturing is not in place, resulting in a very short service life of the synchronous belt.
