The endless conveyor belt is an endless conveyor belt made without joints in the production process. The belt surface is flat and the tension is even. Therefore, the belt can run stably at low tension rates.

We manufacture endless conveyor belts in two ways.

The first is the traditional connection method (Endless with splicing).

We will cut a belt from a 200m/roll vulcanized conveyor belt. Then use hot vulcanized joints. The splicing method of the inner fabric is as follows:

The second connection method is new (Endless without splicing).

The inner cloth is a whole wound into a circle. The inner fabric structure is as follows:

When the outer layer covers the top cover rubber and bottom cover rubber. The entire endless belt is then hot vulcanized. The appearance will be very flat, and the joint position cannot be found.

Advantages and disadvantages of both methods:

Endless stitching:

Advantages: low cost; easy to make.

Disadvantage: May break during use.

Endless stitching:

Advantages: never open; smooth appearance, no bumpy operation; suitable for electronics

Scale belt; suitable for high speed operation; long service life.

Disadvantages: high cost; long production time.
