This type of conveyor belt is used to install hoppers and is the traction part of bucket elevators, which can lift materials delivery. According to the core structure of the belt, it is divided into two types: fabric core and wire rope core.

The strength specifications (N/mm) of the fabric core lifting belt are: 100-500 or more; width specifications ( mm) series are: 150-1600. Steel wire rope core hoisting belt strength specifications (N/mm) are: St630-St2500; width specifications (mm): 200-1400.

Features:

1. Small elongation, large conveying capacity, stable operation, convenient maintenance, and good adaptability to bulk materials. This special tape is completely different from the traditional steel tape in thickness, steel wire density, warp and weft arrangement, steel wire thickness and so on.

2. This kind of tape forms a steel frame in the vertical and horizontal directions, so it can ensure the safe connection of the hopper and the balanced distribution of the load. The tape is mechanically punched, and the thousand holes have been punched at the factory. The use effect shows that this special steel wire tape fully meets the use requirements of large conveying volume and vertical lifting.
