1. The conveyor belt unilaterally deviates at a certain part of the equipment

(1) Due to the bending of the conveyor frame, the bending part should be checked, and the straightness and levelness should be adjusted.

(2) The rollers in front of the deviation part are not perpendicular to the running direction of the conveyor belt and should be adjusted.

(3) There are blocky attachments on the idler. Scrapers and other cleaning devices need to be removed and installed in time.

(4) The idler is not well transported, so it needs to be well maintained and lubricated.

(5) The center of the roller is deviated or the material is stuck, adjust the center of the roller, install the scraper, and remove the blocky attachment.

(6) The position of the feeding device is not suitable, and the position of the feeding device needs to be corrected.

2. The specific part of the conveyor belt deviates over the entire length of the body

(1) The conveyor belt joint is bent, the joint should be repaired and the straightness of the belt body near the joint should be improved.

(2) The straightness of the conveyor belt itself is insufficient, use the automatic centering roller (the local slight straightness deficiency can be corrected by itself after adapting to the load for several days, in a few cases, it needs to be corrected or repaired), it is best to install it in Close to the return side of the tail wheel so that the material is carried in the center.

3. The overall deviation of the conveyor belt

(1) The conveyor frame is bent, and the straightness and levelness of the entire length of the conveyor should be checked and adjusted.

(2) The material loading position is not correct, that is, the material blocks are uneven on the conveyor belt, and the weight is unbalanced. The feeding position should be improved.

(3) Sometimes it goes off track, sometimes it doesn't. Outdoor conveying is generally caused by wind, and a draft shield and self-adjusting center roller should be installed.

(4) The position of the idler on one side drops. The left and right sticks should be adjusted to the same height.
