1. The length of the baffle at the loading point is insufficient. The length of the baffle should be adjusted and extended until the material on the conveyor belt is stable.

2. It is caused by improper opening of the anti-spill skirt. The opening of the anti-overflow skirt should be 2/3-3/4 of the width of the conveyor belt. For bulk materials, it should be narrower. The baffle is preferably fan-shaped (the opening is along the running direction), and the opening can be adjusted.

3. Improper spacing between conveyor belt and spill skirt. Increase the spacing to the appropriate position to reduce the wear and tear on the conveyor belt by the overflow skirt.

4. The material of the anti-spill skirt is not suitable. The material of the baffle is too hard, or the old conveyor belt is used and the canvas leaks, so that it directly contacts the conveyor belt. A suitable rubber anti-spill skirt should be selected.

5. The direction of feeding is inappropriate, that is, the direction of material falling is different from the running direction of the conveyor belt, so that lateral force is generated, causing the conveyor belt to deviate or wear more, and the direction of feeding should be adjusted.

6. It is caused by improper material falling angle and drop. The angle should be reduced so that the material falls on the conveyor belt without bouncing. When the drop is large and the conveyor belt is under great impact, measures should be taken to reduce the speed of feeding.

7. The feeding speed of the material is not correct. Due to the poor adjustment of the feeding speed of the material and the speed of the conveyor belt, the material slips instantly when it falls on the conveyor belt. Blanking speed, make it consistent with the conveyor belt speed.

8. There is something stuck in the lower tray, it does not rotate or is not adjusted properly, and the rubber on the upper cover is abnormally worn. The following methods should be adopted: install a cleaner, clean the conveyor belt, install rubber lagging on the return roller, Repair or replace return roller.
