2. Installation method of conveyor belt

Put a flexible shaft on the coiled iron core of the conveyor belt, and put the belt coil in a good position. Before putting on the rack, pay attention to the direction of the upper and lower covering glues not to be reversed; in the workplace that is not suitable for racking, you can guide the conveyor belt coil away, and Make the folded conveyor belt have a large enough radius of curvature to prevent damage to the conveyor belt. It is forbidden to place heavy objects on the conveyor belt at the folded place; if the conveyor belt is to be replaced, the new belt can be connected with the old one, and the belt can be unloaded and installed. The belt runs at the same time; for the conveyor running horizontally, the old conveyor can be cut off at any point; for the conveyor running in an inclined direction, the cutting point needs to be selected to prevent it from slipping and losing control due to its own weight; set the position of the new belt on the conveyor After straightening, fix one end of the tape with a jig, and then connect it with the rope that bypasses the roller and the drum. The conveyor belt is balanced on the conveyor through the traction device. The traction type should prevent the conveyor belt and the frame from squeezing each other. ; Fix one end of the conveyor belt on the conveyor frame with a clamp, and tighten the other end through the pulley until the conveyor belt does not sag significantly on the return roller; fix the tensioning device 100-150mm away from the starting point.
