1. According to the damaged state of the cover glue, draw a cutting and repair line around the damaged part (at least 15 to 20mm beyond the damaged place), and cut it at a 45-degree angle and peel off the damaged cover glue. damage the underlying fabric.

2. Prepare the repair film, the size is consistent with the cutting surface, and the thickness is the same as the original cover glue (multi-layer lamination is possible). Cut diagonal slits around the edges (vulcanized film for cold bonding, unvulcanized film for hot repair).

3. Rinse the repaired part and the patch to eliminate the impurities of glue chips, apply glue on the repaired part and the patch, brush it at least twice for cold bonding, and fully dry it.

4. Fit the repair film and roll it firmly. Use a knife to gently cut the excess glue around the edge to level.

5. Vulcanization can be carried out if it is hot repaired. The conditions can refer to the vulcanized joint. The vulcanization time can be calculated according to the thickness of the covering rubber at the repaired place.
