1) Features: The hot vulcanization joint method is to connect the two ends of the conveyor belt together by hot vulcanization, which has the characteristics of high joint strength and long service life, but the joint time is long. In the more important conveying lines, this joint method is generally used, and this joint method is also used when the temperature of the conveyed material is high.
2) The work of the thermally confirmed joint method
①The length of the joint determines the centerline positioning: the joints are cut, peeled, polished, cleaned and dried in the same way as the cold glue connection, and the cover glue should be cut into a 45° slope.
②Use a brush to apply the glue evenly on the joint part of the belt end. If the fabric with the core is thick, it needs to be applied a third time.
③ After the glue is dry, cover the tape core with the middle buffer tape, and exhaust the air between the tape and the tape core, press the tape and the tape core tightly, and fit the two ends of the tape (optional). Take the lap joint or put the reinforcing cloth into the lap joint). Cut the unvulcanized cover film to make a sealing tape, apply glue to the joint of the tape and the tape, glue the sealing tape and fully roll it firmly.
④ Check whether the center line is in a straight line

Nylon: 140-145X:
High temperature resistance: 150-155C
Ordinary, polyester: 145-15CTC
Wire rope core rubber: 145-150*0
⑥ Vulcanization time: The vulcanization timer starts timing when the temperature of the vulcanization plate rises to the vulcanization temperature. (applicable to our products)
Cotton canvas core ordinary belt:T=6+ (number of layers with core + thickness of upper and lower glue/1.5) X1.5 unit: minute.
Nylon, polyester core conveyor belt (except high temperature conveyor belt):
T=12+ (number of layers with core + total thickness of upper and lower glue/1.5) x2 unit: minute.
High temperature resistant conveyor belt:
T=18+ (number of layers with core + total thickness of upper and lower glue/1.5) x2 unit: minute.
⑦ After the sintering process is finished, keep the pressure until the temperature drops below 80°C, then release the pressure, turn on the vulcanizer, and check whether the center line is on a straight line.
